Alumawoods “Laguna” lattice patio cover is their open, or trellis-like patio cover option they offer. Unlike the covered patio covers, the lattice patio cover is made of individual slats for the roof. Does it keep the rain out? No. Will it provide shade? Yes. Is it affordable? Well, when compared to the insulated patio cover yes. When compared to the non-insulated patio cover it’s close to the same in price. Nevertheless, let’s not forget that this cover and other covers can all be combined as combination patio covers. Therefore, you’ll be sure to get the best of all worlds.

4K Aluminum Products

Where do we start….? The new 4K aluminum line is when compared to Alumawood or any other Aluminum patio covers in Simi Valley. How so? Instead of roll-formed aluminum which Alumawood and others use, they have an extruded product. Extruded is many times more durable not to mention stronger than rolled-formed. 4K aluminum products are a thicker gauge material. thicker is stronger and yes.. more durable. Even the paint is different. Whereas the Alumawood is painted on, the 4K aluminum products are powder-coated.

With the 4K Line, there is no wood-like wood grain in their materials. It is a smooth material. Seamless at all the connections. The end caps are billet aluminum and not plastic.
